Q. What inspired you to lose weight?
I come from a big family and all my life I was always interested in the human body, so after growing up big and being called names I wanted to change my life but didn’t know exactly how to do it, it wasn’t
till the birth of my son I decided I wanted to be a positive role model for him so I chose to lose weight.

Q. Since losing weight have you been able to keep it off if so how
Since doing the transformation I have continued to work-out and eat right by staying away from junk foods 99% of the time I also now cook and prepare my own meals for the week which keeps me on track.
Q. What was your process to your weight loss.. ie a trainer, diet plan, etc
The process of losing weight starts with you first. In order to make changes in your life you have to have the right mind set to start a transformation such as this because this becomes a lifestyle change. Yes you will lose friends but you also gain a lot of new ones that are into being healthy and possibly may even become an inspiration to others. I wanted this to be stress free so I did find a trainer that I could work with and have him help me achieve the goals that I had set out to do. I also knew it would cost money so I wanted to make sure I got my monies worth so I found a personal trainer who also gives me weekly meal plans. I still continue with my trainer and training regiment which consist of the following: During the week it’s cardio in the am, then workout and more cardio throughout the week and on the weekends I do just cardio morning and night.

Q. Since your body has transformed what if any is your next step.
My next step is to step on stage and compete in a bodybuilding show.
Q. What weight (if u don’t mind) did u start and where are you at now body % if u know it and current weight
My weight started at 265 at 26% body fat and I have been down to 180 at 5.5% body fat. Right now I am around 212 anywhere between 8 to 12% body fat however to obtain goal which is too compete I am now dieting and training differently by giving my body a slight break in order to make the gain I need by doing so when its time for me to do my first show fight me to dropping weight when I need my body to do so.
Q. What tips if any would u have for those struggling to lose weight?
Big thing get away from fad diets and gimmicks you see on tv. I always say now you eat the way you want to look. Food is 85% the way you want to look further more just don’t do cardio weight training tightens up as you loose weight last but not least ever starve yourself and listen to your body.

My day usually starts around 6 am take a shake, slice of toast with peanut butter then in an hour is gym bag in tow, with heads phones plus keys in hand and it’s off to the gym. Sometimes i stop for a coffee, little cream to pick me up on my ride and once i arrive it game on…
After busting my ass and then some it home to eat and shower now since I’m self employed i set my own hour or those i do train set them for me. When Im not training, running errands or in school I’m glued to my MAC lol chatting on FB just kidding, no im usually doing marketing, homework or writing up programs and preparing my meals for the week.
Now the day is done ive showered and cleaned up and its chill time depending on what day it is.. Thursday is for sure First 48, Wed love the Dog, and Mondays no doubt Intervention.. Hey I love A&E and we can forget Garry and Storage wars..

Ok how dumb is this bought a Mac a year ago had the dam thing sitting in the box for a YEAR only cause i was too busy with travels, training , school and competition to set the dam thing up..

Now i have the Ipad whoop!!! whoop and i have finally figured out what i can use it for so currently I’m trying to tie all the pieces together but i couldn’t help but take a quick snap shot with the web cam.. say CHEESE

Traveling and staying healthy does not go hand in hard especially when you’re gone for long bouts of time. Finding places to train can be impossible, some hotels promote they have a facility to train when really, it’s a room with some cardio equipment and if you’re lucky some universal machine to get some semblance of a work out in however, for the average Joe whose motto is not “TRAIN INSANE” this is ok and if it’s ok for you then it’s ok for me.
During my latest trip-tour I was gone for over an month and half and though I was able to get in some gym time here and there I was not able to hit the grid iron like I am accustom too and to me that “ SUCKS BALLS” so, now I am finally home back to a routine and though I’m DIEING it feels good to be back on track if I keep this up I may have to select a bodybuilding show to jump in..whose with me XOXOX…

Black Angel
Face Book as we already know is one of the largest cyber places where people can come together for a many reasons. I’m fortunate that an artist by the name of RODINZON found me inspiring enough to create both a Dark and White Angel graphic design.. I think Victoria’s Secret may have to watch out there’s a new Angel in town and she’s creating quite a BUZZ.. tell me what you think..

Dieting is hard on any given day just ask the millions of people who start yet never finish, the word DIET alone has a negative sound.. D.I.E.T UGH!!! but it is what it is and if your into healthy living and travel for a living getting in those quality meals can be brutal so, what do you do, you make HEALTHY choices.

Now I am not perfect and though I am discipline i too falter and head for my favorite spots when on the road however when that happens, I scan the menu first for anything grilled, no sauce and of course my veggies, for carbs I usually select a baked potato PLAIN.. sound tasty yes . Its hard enough staying on a meal plan when home so try staying on one when your travel but the reality is this.. You can put in all your hard work and see it go to SHITS or you can make the better choice and not see your hard work go in vain… your choice your body…

Rolling in my mini van sipping on Gin and Juice ok maybe not more like being transported back and forth from the Mall Complex is more like it. Planning is essential sometimes you luck up and sometimes its BUST.. While in Pitt i lucked up in that the hotel was able to shuttle me back and forth to this HUGE shopping complex either that or the driver had a thing for a muscled chick who changes her hair like she changes her shoes, what can I say I like being versatile 
DC travels

Hey everyone finally done with my long east coast tour and let me you OH WOW i had a few hit and some misses but in all a real good yet productive time. Making new friends, associates and a even few FB friends along the way got to love that social network.. but here i am puckering up in DC.. SMOOTCHES
