Getting over the Holiday BLUG!!!!!

Its common that during the holidays your battling long lines as well as a bulging waste line UGH.. then to make matters worse every turn you take there is a new holiday flavor especially at your local coffee shop.. so i decided to combat the holiday bulge with getting into shape for a  few model projects as well as jumping into a contest..

          WHAT THE FUCK WAS I THINKING.

Anyone  that competes will tell you dieting be it for 8, 12 or 16 weeks is a BITCH but try dieting over the holidays is suicidal to add insult to injury I had school and was moving into a new place.. The mountain of stress was piled high my broad shoulders could barely shovel the shit that kept piling up but with sheer determination and a huge dose of being stubborn i wouldn’t quit i may have shed a tear or two but never quit. 

So now travels are wrapped for now, projects are coming to end and my contest is coming up not the Arnold (sorry) and though i am not overly joyed with my self I am pleased that despite all the hurdles that came my way I soared high and above to pull this shit offf.. what do u think

The Gun Show

Happy New Year everyone… Hope the first week of the New Year has went off without a HITCH. Well I had a great 2011 body building season. I finished 6^th at the IFBB North American nationals talk about a HIGH but even though my season has ended on a good note it’s time to scratch the past break out a new page and train like a mother fucker, so this past Thanks giving and Christmas I’ve been working on gaining a little more muscle to improve my overall physique.. tell me what you think.. I know one thing is for sure I like being BIG why cause big means eating and no cardio…

Imagine being me.. you get tons of emails some even have attachments I rather not see, others are actually from cool individuals just giving you your props. Then of course we have the occasional horn dog just itching to get his itch scratched problem is his bark is worst than his bite. Then you have those that communicate or show their appreciation not by words but through art. Facebook is great it has linked me to many people some right next door other far away Ok now I sound like a TV advertisement but none the less I wanted to share what I thought was cool that a supporter of FBB did for me tell me what you think.

Overseas…..

Wow I have a lot of blanks to fill in and I am not sure where to even begin but I will start with this and see how it goes. I was overseas for a few weeks working now back for a few months training hard, getting BIGGER for next year’s bodybuilding season as well as planning a move, packing and clearing out crap. If that wasn’t enough I am currently taking one out of four classes needed to graduate next year WHOOP WHOOP and to add the cherry on top of my mounting woes my parents are visiting till Jan.. OH BOY but what else is new…

While globetrotting from country to country I had the pleasure of making one of my favorite stops which is Amsterdam some call it the sin city of Europe and I wonder why!!!!! With that said my gf Rita Sargo had a body building competition she was preparing for and during my visit was her birthday but as focused as she was we only could enjoy a nice dinner and a celebration of wine and at the Buddha Bar… as for her competition she rocked the out the water.. and won.

Training takes its toll not only on your body, your state of mind, your relationships, family and so called friends if  you have them. Dieting and training though really takes it toll on my FUCKING HAIR. Lord I sweat like cow when dieting for a show. In the morning, I am a get the fuck up go kinda chick. Sweats wont match, tank-top may have bleach stains or tears, shit at times I am  lucky if  I’m wearing matching socks but who cares when your training right. Minus the make up and Victoria Secret track suit and you know what im talking about. I’m there to pump iron, get my sweat on and make progress and progress don’t always look cute but after its all said and done  I do clean up nicely if i do say so myself.

While in Florida as you may have already read I shot with MusclePinups that shoot was a lot of fun but a lot of work.  This shoot however was  last minute and spur of the moment but the results are priceless. Not wearing much but my favorite red heels, black thong and white top I did my best American Top Model impersonation and worked the camera can u say SEXY!!!!!!!

Too Hot to Handle

Well back from Florida where i lost weight just sitting there.. DAM i swear it was so humid I couldn’t get my hair to act right for nothing. However, I meet up with that new and upcoming FBB I told you about and WOW Ebony and Ivory was in the house.My shoot with Melinda Richardson was off the chain and I can’t to see what the end results are. Too bad i can’t post the photo’s or video (Parental Discretion is Advised) but i am going to post a few snap shots we took after the shoot.

Its been a minute since I was able to add a blog entry now school is over I have more free time to keep you updated on whats going on. Been busting my ass training as you can see. I’m gearing up to shoot with Muscle Pin Ups once again and i will be doing a hot girl-girl photo shoot as well with a new and upcoming body builder but you’ll have to come back to see who she is.. I’ll be Ft. Lauderdale July 5 to 7 so drop me line and we shall see what happens…
