DAM DAM DAM

Well i did it again but this time im not at fault… I competed two weeks ago at the USA National and kicked ass however during the excitement I broke my phone then while traveling my lap top died.. now that’s not a bad thing considering its old and had vista problem though is it had some candid shots from the show so, lets hope the geek squad can retrieve them or ill be pissed… anyhow took some time off but I am back and today was my first day in the gym. OH MY HOW I MISSED IT SO
