Training Tips for the Traveler

Fitness and traveling don’t go together but when your fitness has become your life like anything else in life it becomes a matter of choice. Selecting hotels can be tricky and sometimes often not it is an misrepresentation about their accommodation however when this happens one has to be creative with being active and use ones imagination to get moving. This was case during my travels to Europe Italy (Milan and Rome) wonderful countries but not gym user friendly so I stuck to the basic and kept it simple..   Warm up consisted of suicides and running in place once I got the blood flowing I did jumping jacks followed by blurpies then lunges and push up try doing that for tem straight then I changed the order into reverse but topped it of wit some spider push up.. it’s not where but how you train…
